Despite being forced to travel more than two hours on the road, the Taylor County Middle School (TCMS) girls’ soccer team won their first-round playoff game in dominating fashion, playing one of their best games of the season in an 8-0 blow-out win over Marianna Monday night.
The Lady Bulldogs were supposed to host their first-round playoff game against Marianna after finishing the regular season ranked third in the conference, but a scheduling conflict on the Lady Bulldogs’ home field forced the TCMS girls to make the two-hour drive to Marianna to play in their first-round matchup.
