Former SEAL fills city seat

U.S. Navy veteran Stephen “Otter” Otten has been appointed to fill a vacancy on the City of Perry’s Police Pension Board of Trustees.

In addition to filling an open seat on the advisory board, city council members learned Otten’s business has plans to host training exercises for military and law enforcement agencies here in the future.
