Nurses give life-saving aid at scene

Desmond Rivers had just taken his first bite of Christmas dinner Saturday afternoon when one of his cousins ran inside and said there had been wreck outside his house on Buffalo Place.

“I was cleaning my mouth and going out to see what happened when I saw a body on the ground, then I just took off running,” Rivers said.
