Roy H. Edwards

Roy H. Edwards, 78, passed away on Dec. 31, 2021, in Havana.

He was born Feb. 14, 1943, in Perry to Leslie Edwards and Edna Edwards.

Roy honorably served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.

He was a Baptist.

Roy was a lifelong lineman for several electric companies, retiring from the City of Tallahassee.

He was preceded in death by: his parents, Leslie and Edna Edwards; his son, Charles Asbell; and by all but two siblings.

Mr. Edwards is survived by: his daughter, Angelee Fall; two grandsons, Damion and Caleb Fall; his sister, Betty Edwards; and a brother, Al Edwards; as well as a host of nieces and nephews.

The family will have a private burial at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Big Bend Hospice.

All arrangements are under the direction of Burns Funeral Home of Perry.
