Martin Luther King Jr. Parade

Sisters of Destiny Chapter #316 took the lead in the Martin Luther King Jr. Day Parade held Monday. Participants marched to the Jerkins Community Center for a brief ceremony that featured a musical performance by Kyng Byrt along with comments from Taylor County School Board Member Deidra Dunnell and keynote speaker Dr. Willie Anderson. Lunch was also served.
