    Mrs. JoAnn J. Green, 75, of Perry demised on Jan. 11, 2022.

    She was born to the late March and Ruth Jackson in Lumpkin, Georgia.

    She graduated from Jerkins High School.

    She married James Alton Green on April 30, 1964.

    She was employed with the Taylor County School District until retirement.

    She was a faithful member of Trinity House of Praise.

    She leaves to cherish her precious memories: two sons, Paul Hayes and Perry H. Hayes; one daughter, Jerri Green, all of Perry; a bonus daughter, Diann Walker of Baltimore, Md.; grandsons, Perry V. Hayes, Mack T Burrell, Matthew T. Burrell, Malcom H. Hayes and Mycheal I. Hayes; 10 great-grandchildren; brothers-in-law, Charles Ellis of Perry, Jerry Green of Madison, Wisc., and Tommy Green of Clinton, Md.; and sisters-in-law, Jeanette Flowers of Houston, Texas, and Mary Wright of Clinton, Md.; along with host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and special friends, Earlene Upshaw, Mary Williams, Ann Jones, Linda Bellamy and Diann McClain.

    Visitation will be held Friday, Jan. 21, from 5-6 p.m. At Trinity Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Saturday, Jan. 22, at 11 a.m. At Trinity House of Praise, followed interment at Springhill Cemetery.

    Everyone is required to wear a face mask for the visitation and funeral service to promote safety.

    Trinity Funeral Home is in charge of the funeral arrangements.
