More than three years after the City of Perry filled its city manager position back in 2018, depositions are scheduled to be taken in a lawsuit filed by one of the applicants who was not chosen for the job.
Roslyn Evans filed a complaint under the Florida Civil Rights Act on Nov. 10, 2020, alleging she was discriminated against based on her race and gender. She is seeking damages in excess of $30,000, plus attorney’s fees.
