    Accessory structures limited on coast?

    The Taylor County Commission is considering several changes to the local land development regulations (LDRs) that would limit the size and location of “accessory” structures on properties within special and coastal flood hazard areas in the county.

    Additionally, the changes would require that all manufactured homes in those flood areas that are “placed, replaced or substantially improved” be elevated so that the bottom of the frame is at or above the required elevation for that flood zone.
