    Guns, bulletproof vest, pills seized

    A suspected hand-to-hand drug deal witnessed by an off-duty law enforcement officer led to the arrest of a Perry man Thursday, Feb. 10, and the recovery of a stolen gun.

    Reginald Carlos Twons, 32, is being held on a $30,000 bond at the Taylor County Jail. He is facing multiple felony charges, including dealing in stolen property, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of a bulletproof vest during certain offenses and carrying a concealed weapon (unlicensed firearm).
