NOTICE OF FORFEITURE PROCEEDINGS ALL PERSONS who claim an interest in the following property: One (1) 2007 Honda CBR1000RR, VIN: JH2SC57007M307407, which was seized because said property is alleged to be contraband as defined by Sections 932.701 (2)(a)(1-6), Florida Statutes, by the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, Division of Florida Highway Patrol, on or about December 29, 2021, in Taylor County, Florida. LDR 21-01, an application by Dennis Martin to amend the text of the Land Development Regulations by amending Section 4.20.24 entitled Supplementary District Regulations, Travel Trailer Parks and Campgrounds by reducing the twenty-five (25) foot lot line setback requirement for travel trailers in travel trailer parks or campgrounds to ten (10) feet if a six (6) foot high masonry or wood opaque structure is installed and maintained along the lot line.
