Attention writers: Short Story Contest now open

The Friends of the Taylor County Public Library is now accepting entries for its 16th annual Short Story Contest.

This year’s contest is open to local authors of all ages and cash prizes will be awarded.

Rules and guidelines are available at the Taylor County Public Library, located at 403 N. Washington Street.

The deadline for entering your short stories will be Friday, April 8, by 5:30 p.m.
