Several pounds of cannabis, almost a pound of cocaine and 1.5 pounds of synthetic marijuana went up in smoke Wednesday as part of regular court-ordered evidence destruction following the conclusion of some 198 court cases.
The evidence burn was conducted by Perry Police Department (PPD) Det. Sgt. Ray Kellerman (above) and signed off on by members of the State Attorney’s Office, local media and independent witnesses.
