Eight TCHS weightlifters earn first place at tri-school meet

Eight Taylor County Bulldog lifters brought back first-place finishes in a tri-school meet with Fort White and Oak Hall this past week.

Bulldogs placing first in their weight divisions included: Quentin Chester (129 lb. class), Javien Long (154 lb. class), Slade Kallschmidt (169 lb. class), Jer’quise Clayton (183 lb. class), Madden Metcalf (199 lb. class), Khayri Miller (219 lb. class), Casen Heartsfield (238 lb. class) and Calvin Washington (Heavyweight class).
