    The Department of Environmental Protection announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.     The purpose of this meeting is for the Acquisition and Restoration Council to take public testimony on the 2022 Florida Forever Cycle 1 project proposals and to conduct regular business that includes reviewing land management plans, other proposed uses of state-owned conservation lands, and consider proposed amendments to Florida Forever Project boundaries. A copy of the agenda may be obtained beginning March 30, 2022, by email to Shauna.R.Allen@FloridaDEP.gov, or by visiting the Department of Environmental Protection website at https://floridadep.gov/lands/environmental-services/content/acquisition-and-restoration-council-arc. WILSON, RAY WATSON, COY WATSON, UNKNOWN HEIRS OF RALPH E.     YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced against you to quiet title on real property, lying and being and situated in TAYLOR County, Florida, which is more particularly described as follows: Commence at the NE corner of the NE 1/4 of SW 1/4 of Section 25, Township 4 South, Range 7 East; thence run West 564.39 feet to the point of beginning; thence from said point of beginning run South 186.78 feet; thence run west 82.08 feet; thence run North 186.78 feet; thence run East 82.08 feet to the point of beginning ( less and except the right of way of Church Street) said parcel lying and being in Taylor County, Florida. This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any upon Plaintiff’s Attorney, Ray Curtis, The Curtis Law Firm, P.A., 103 North Jefferson Street, Perry, FL 32347, within thirty days after the first publication of this notice, March 18, 2022 and to file the original with the Clerk of the Court either before service on the Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
