    The Department of Environmental Protection announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.     The purpose of this meeting is for the Acquisition and Restoration Council to take public testimony on the 2022 Florida Forever Cycle 1 project proposals and to conduct regular business that includes reviewing land management plans, other proposed uses of state-owned conservation lands, and consider proposed amendments to Florida Forever Project boundaries.     YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced against you to quiet title on real property, lying and being and situated in TAYLOR County, Florida, which is more particularly described as follows: Commence at the NE corner of the NE 1/4 of SW 1/4 of Section 25, Township 4 South, Range 7 East; thence run West 564.39 feet to the point of beginning; thence from said point of beginning run South 186.78 feet; thence run west 82.08 feet; thence run North 186.78 feet; thence run East 82.08 feet to the point of beginning ( less and except the right of way of Church Street) said parcel lying and being in Taylor County, Florida.     NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
    The Taylor County Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 7, 2022 at 5:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as possible, at the Taylor County Administrative Complex located at 201 East Green Street, Perry, Florida 32347 to consider a petition for a variance to the Land Development Code setback requirements for a proposed dwelling at 20910 Marina Road at Keaton Beach. Description of Variance Request: A petition to allow setbacks of 20.5-feet front, 7-feet sides & 11.5-feet rear measured to the decks & porches surrounding a proposed single family dwelling. The public hearing may be continued to one or more future dates. Any interested party shall be advised that the date, time and place of any continuation of the public hearing shall be announced during the public hearing and that no further notice concerning the matter will be published, unless said continuation exceeds six calendar weeks from the date of the above referenced public hearing. Copies of associated documents are available for public inspection at the Planning Department, Administrative Complex, located at 201 East Green Street, Perry, Florida 32347. All persons are advised that if they decide to appeal any decision made at the above referenced public hearing, they will need a record of the proceeding, and that, for such purpose, they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes their testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.

    Pursuant to Section 2.13(B) of the City Charter of the City of Perry, Florida, notice is hereby given that the City Council had Introduction and First Reading on Ordinance No. 1011 on March 22, 2022 in the City Council Chambers, 224 S. Jefferson Street, Perry, Florida. A Public Hearing and Final Reading on Ordinance No. 1011 is scheduled for April 12, 2022 in the City Council Meeting Room, located at 224 S. Jefferson Street, Perry, Florida at 5:30 p. m. or as soon thereafter as possible.
