Mr. Bruce W. Evans, 72, passed away March 19, 2022, at Big Bend Hospice House in Tallahassee. He was born on Oct. 16, 1949, in Baytown, Texas, to B.W. Evans and Magie Sever Evans. Bruce was a pipe fitter employed by Local Union #234 in Jacksonville. He was an outdoorsman who loved to hunt and fish. He had a one-of-a-kind personality. He attended Mt. Gilead Church in Eridu. He is survived by: stepdaughter, Amy Wagner (Tim); brother, Winfred Evans (Regina); grandson, Tyler Evans (Tiffany); great-grandchildren, Lainey Evans, Ryan and Reagan Wagner; and a host of extended family and lifelong friends. He was predeceased by: his wife, Melody Evans; son, Clay Evans; sister, Cathy Curran; and his grandparents who raised him, Eddie and Wilahamina Sever.
