TCHS resource officer position in jeopardy?

Several members of the Perry City Council expressed their concerns regarding a plan by the school district to possibly replace longtime school resource officer Nellie Walker, who is assigned to Taylor County High School.

During discussions held Tuesday night, Mayor Daryll Gunter asked that the issue be brought before the council seeking input.
