Two board members removed

Less than a year after the Taylor County Commission voted to remove all but one member of the Taylor Coastal Water & Sewer District (TCWSD) Board from office, the commission has now removed two more members — this time at the request of the TCWSD board itself.

Earlier this month, the TCWSD board voted to send letters to the county commission requesting Chairman David Dall and Commissioner William Rich be removed for a variety of reasons, including absenteeism, their treatment of district staff and potential violations of Sunshine laws.
