“No witness, no case!” was the alleged threat made by a Perry woman wielding a gun on Tuesday, soon after she received notice that the State Attorney’s Office was pursuing battery charges in relation to her ongoing dispute with a neighbor.
The woman reportedly fired two shots at the victim and tried to taunt him into a fight.
Shelly Lynn Hardan, 28, was arrested at her residence on Vera Lane after deputies responded to a call there in reference to a verbal altercation and threats made with a firearm.
