The City of Perry is considering a multi-million dollar incentive package to help secure construction of a proposed $42 million high-end apartment village projected to include 344 new residential units here.
The gated, multi-family residential development is planned for construction in two phases on a 22.51-acre parcel located at 2640 Byron Butler Parkway, between U.S. Hwy. 19 and Old Dixie Highway, behind the Holiday Inn Express.
