Here comes the Easter Bunny!
The Perry Elks Lodge will host an Easter celebration Saturday, April 16, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
There will be a designated area for children ages infant to three years old.
Children ages four to seven years old will have a scavenger hunt throughout the event, looking for specific colors of eggs that will be hidden “in plain sight.”
Older children, ages eight to 12, will join the scavenger hunt, looking for eggs with letters, then they must unscramble the letters for the hidden message.
All Easter Egg participants will receive a goody bag upon completion.
“We will offer hamburgers and hotdogs at a very small fee. There will also be a cornhole tournament and pony rides,” Coordinator Nikki Anderson said.
“And who doesn’t love those relay races? Wear your running shoes! We will have spoon races, three-legged races, bunny hop races and more,” she said. “We will also have a great line-up of vendors for those who prefer to shop, including Rhinestones and Rust, Casa Nova Wedding and Party Rentals, Hey Girl, Color Street, Scensty, C&O Vintage and Boho and Betty.”
