JR Polley 50, passed away on April 1, 2022, in Perry.

Earl was born Dec. 6, 1971, in Dallas, Texas.

JR worked in corrections for 23 years. He was an avid woodworker and cabinet maker, he loved pit bulls, fishing and all things Harry Potter.

His pride and joy was his pitbull named Hermione, whom he named after a Harry Potter character.

Earl was preceded in death by his father-in-law, Carswell Walker Jr.

He is survived by: his wife of 24 years, Tammy Polley; one daughter, Hannah Lytle and her husband, Chad; his mother-in-law, Naomi Walker; his sister-in-law, Kim Livingston (Newt); and brother-in-law, Ernie Walker (Betsy); as well as a host of nieces and nephews, along with his mom and pop, Hollie and Cookie Workman.

There are no funeral services planned at this time.

Donations may be made to Hearts for Hometown Dogs in his memory.

Mrs. Mary Frances Williams, 93, passed away March 27, 2022, in Tallahassee/

Graveside services were held Friday, April 1, at noon, at Woodlawn Cemetery.

Beggs Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
