Customers of Tri-County Electric Cooperative in Taylor and three other North Florida counties will soon have access to high-speed internet services in what is described as a “first of its kind” fiber-to-the-home network built by an electric cooperative in the state.
At a Monday, April 11 media event held at the Tri-County Electric Cooperative Pavilion in Madison, Tri-County announced it has entered into a partnership with retail rural broadband provider Conexon Connect to extend high-speed fiber internet across rural northern Florida.
