The Perry City Council has officially voted 4-0 in favor of offering a multi-million dollar incentive package – spread over a 10-year period — to secure construction of a proposed $42 million high-end apartment village with 344 new residential units here.

The multi-family gated development is planned for construction on a 22.51- acre parcel located at 2640 Byron Butler Parkway, between the Holiday Inn Express on U.S. Hwy. 19 and Old Dixie Highway.
