City race gains fourth candidate

Santina Olivia Deming has filed to run for her late father’s seat representing District 3 on the Perry City Council.

Deming is the fourth person that has filed to run for the currently open seat, joining Diane C. Landry, Ernestine Laverne Mitchell and Scot Allen Nelson.
