    Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Taylor County, Florida will hold a Public Hearing on the passage of a proposed Ordinance amending Ordinances 2000-10, 2004-08, 2005-3 and 2015-01, to provide for a change in the number of District Commissioners on the Taylor Coastal Water and Sewer District Board, from seven (7) members to five (5) members. The Public Hearing shall be held at the Board of County Commission Meeting Room, Taylor County Courthouse Annex, Old Post Office Building in Perry, Florida, at the regular Board meeting on TUESDAY, MAY 17, 2022, at 9:05 A.M. The title of the proposed Ordinance is:
    AN ORDINANCE OF TAYLOR COUNTY, FLORIDA WHICH AMENDS ORDINANCE NUMBER 2000-10, 2004-08, 2005-3, AND 2015-01 CHAPTER 66 – SPECIAL DISTRICTS ARTICLE IV. TAYLOR COASTAL WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT SECTION 66-145 GOVERNING BODY, WHICH CREATED THE SPECIAL WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT IN THE AREA OF UNINCORPORATED TAYLOR COASTAL COMMUNITY, TO PROVIDE FOR A CHANGE OF THE NUMBER OF DISTRICT COMMISSIONERS FROM SEVEN MEMBERS TO FIVE MEMBERS AS REQUESTED BY THE DISTRICT BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
    The proposed Ordinance may be inspected by the public at the Office of the Clerk of Circuit Court, located in the Taylor County Courthouse, Perry, Taylor County, Florida.
    The Public Hearing may be continued to one or more dates. Any interested party shall be advised that the date, time and place of any continuation of the Public Hearing shall be announced during the Public Hearing and that no further notice concerning the matter will be published.
