Residential RV resort subdivision proposed

For the second time in the past three months, the local planning board is considering approval of a preliminary plat application for a new subdivision in Taylor County.

The Taylor County Planning Board was scheduled to hold a public hearing at 5 p.m. on Thursday, May 5, to consider a preliminary plat for a 45-lot “luxury residential RV resort” on approximately 245 acres located near Spring Warrior Creek, approximately 10 miles south of Perry.
