    NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Taylor County, Florida intends to sell the following described real property, owned by the County in Keaton Beach, Florida. The property is described as follows, to-wit:
    A parcel of land, being a part of Lots 2 and 3, Block “A” of KEATON BEACH UNIT 1, a subdivision in Section 35, Township 7 South, Range 7 East, Taylor County, Florida and more particularly described as follows:
    Begin at the Southwest corner of Lot 3, Block “A” KEATON BEACH UNIT 1, as per map or plat thereof recorded in the Office of the Circuit Court of Taylor County Florida and run North 00 degrees 27 minutes 21 seconds West along the west line of said Lot 3, a distance of 103.99 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot; thence run South 88 degrees 20 minutes 51 seconds East along the north line of Lots 3 and 2 of said Block “A”, a distance of 69.38 feet to the west right of way of Marina Road; said point being on the arc of a 754.84 foot non-tangent curve concave to the southeast; thence
