Contractor accused of working without license

A local businessman faces fraud charges after allegedly working without a valid contractor’s license.

Ruben Cabrera, 54, was arrested on May 3 and booked on charges of engaging in business without a valid license, fraud and larceny after the Perry Police Department (PPD) receiving a complaint regarding work he had recently completed.
