The driver of this 1994 Ford was airlifted to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital Tuesday afternoon after crashing her vehicle head-on with another truck. The wreck happened around 3:53 p.m. near the intersection of Jefferson Street and Old Dixie Highway.
The driver of this vehicle was traveling south on Jefferson Street and turned into the path of an oncoming vehicle that was traveling north on Jefferson Street. Reports indicate she was not wearing a seatbelt and hit her head on the passenger side of the windshield. The woman was cited for violation of right-of-way, a safety belt violation and driving with a revoked license. The driver of the second vehicle was taken to Doctors’ Memorial Hospital for treatment.
