Lock used to attack 2 fellow TCI prisoners

A Taylor Correctional Institution (TCI) inmate is facing aggravated assault charges after allegedly attacking two fellow inmates with a padlock tied to a canteen bag.

Emilor Mistor, 36, was booked at the Taylor County Jail on Tuesday, May 31, for aggravated battery with a deadly weapon following an investigation led by the Office of Inspector General.
