    Workforce recruiting topic of June 24 Chamber luncheon

    We all know that the workforce is changing, but how does this impact employers?

    What should you be doing to attract and retain top talent?

    Sponsored by Georgia- Pacific (GP), the Perry- Taylor County Chamber of Commerce invites chamber members to attend a luncheon centered around the topic of “Recruiting In Today’s Environment” on Friday, June 24, at Doctors’ Memorial Hospital (DMH).

    “During the quarterly Chamber Luncheon and Community Advisory Council meeting, we’ll dive into some strategies that will help you attract, retain and motivate top talent,” said Chamber Executive Director Dawn Perez.

    “Our keynote speaker will be Lauren Hickman, senior manager of Human Resources at Foley Cellulose,” she said, adding that the luncheon would run from noon until 1 p.m. in the DMH cafeteria.
