Homemade kitchen items, jewelry and crafts will be featured at the Taylor County Habitat for Humanity’s first Craft Fair, planned for this Saturday, June 25, in front of The Book Mart from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
“Everything is handmade and homemade,” Executive Director Karol Barr said.
Sunshine Craft Icery will be set up for the fair, and Habitat volunteers will be selling hotdogs, chips and drinks.
Proceeds benefit Habitat for Humanity, which is a faith-based organization and that helps provide affordable housing for families who don’t qualify for traditional mortgages.
