What is Fla. abortion law?

Following last Friday’s U.S. Supreme Court decision overruling Roe v. Wade and turning the heated issue of abortion back over to individual states, many may be left wondering what that means for Florida.

Some states had so-called “trigger” bills in place banning abortions should Roe v. Wade be overturned, while other states have pre-Roe laws restricting or banning abortion that were never taken off the books.
