Carl James Jackson was born on July 2, 1950, to the late David and Rosa Jackson. On Wednesday, June 22, 2022, God saw fit to remove Carl from our midst and elevate him to a place of reward far beyond the skies. He is survived by: his children, Dexter Jackson, Priscilla Ellis (Robert) and Carl Jackson Jr.; siblings, David Jackson Jr. (Michelle), Ronnie Jackson (Zakarya), James E. Jackson (Mary), Nellie Jackson Sears (Lunnon), Davene Oliver (Floyd) and Myrlene Kimble (Everette); sister-in-law, Vicey Jackson; 11 grandchildren; and a host nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Viewing will be held today (Friday) from 4-6 p.m. at Evans Walker Funeral Home.
