    The Taylor County Board of County Commissioners is soliciting sealed proposals for Taylor County Closed Landfill Mowing and Fertilizing services.
    Qualified firms or individuals desiring to provide the required products or services must submit five (5) packages in a sealed envelope or similar package marked “Sealed Proposal for Taylor County Closed Landfill Mowing and Fertilizing” to the Clerk of Court, 1st Floor Courthouse, 108 North Jefferson Street, Suite 102, Perry, Florida, to arrive no later than 4:00 P.M., local time, on July 15, 2022. All Proposals MUST have the respondent’s name and mailing address clearly shown on the outside of the envelope or package when submitted. The County, in its sole and absolute discretion, also reserves the right to waive any minor defects in the process and to accept the proposal deemed to be in the County’s best interest. The County, in its sole and absolute discretion, also reserves the right to assign a local business preference in an amount of five (5) percent of the proposal price pursuant to Taylor County Ordinance No. 2003-12.     NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Taylor County, Florida intends to sell the following described real property, owned by the County and located in Keaton Beach, Florida. The property is described as follows, to-wit:
    A parcel of land, being a part of Lots 2 and 3, Block “A” of KEATON BEACH UNIT 1, a subdivision in Section 35, Township 7 South, Range 7 East, Taylor County, Florida and more particularly described as follows:
    Begin at the Southwest corner of Lot 3, Block “A” KEATON BEACH UNIT 1, as per map or plat thereof recorded in the Office of the Circuit Court of Taylor County Florida and run North 00 degrees 27 minutes 21 seconds West along the west line of said Lot 3, a distance of 103.99 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot; thence run South 88 degrees 20 minutes 51 seconds East along the north line of Lots 3 and 2 of said Block “A”, a distance of 69.38 feet to the west right of way of Marina Road; said point being on the arc of a 754.84 foot non-tangent curve concave to the southeast; thence run along the arc of said curve, an arc distance of 108.63 feet, through a central angle of 8 degrees 14 minutes 43 seconds to a point on the south line of said Lot 3; thence run North 89 degrees 59 minutes 53 seconds West along the south line of said Lot 4, a distance of 31.39 feet to the Point of Beginning.

    The Board by this Notice is calling for sealed bids for the purchase of said above-described real estate so advertised to be sold.
