Application deadline extended

The application deadline for Taylor County Habitat for Humanity’s new program called “A Brush With Kindness” has been extended to Friday, Nov. 15.

The program serves lowincome families who struggle to maintain the exterior of their homes; it will focus on landscaping and exterior clean-up with volunteers working alongside the homeowner to revitalize a home’s exterior.

Applications are available at the Florida Drug Alcohol DNA Screening office located at 3498 Highway 19 South, Suite 2 (across from Taylor Technical Institute).
