Brynes wants to ‘restore integrity’

Stating he wants to “help restore integrity and accountability at City Hall,” Bill Brynes is seeking the District 4 city council seat in the upcoming Aug. 23 elections.

When asked, “Why do you want to be a city council member?” Brynes replied, “I did not have to think long before I recalled a recent incident I had at a council meeting.”
