Tommy Nguyen After a brief illness, Tommy Nguyen passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 17, 2022, with his wife, Nancy by his side. Tommy and Nancy were the owners of Happy Nails. He loved his work here in Perry and enjoyed the kindness and friendly nature of their customers. Memorial services will be held Friday, July 22, from 9-11:30 a.m., at Abby Funeral Home in Tallahassee, followed by a gathering at Happy Nails at 6 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to Vien Giac Buddhist Monastery in Tallahassee.
