Shots fired: Woman arrested

A woman fleeing the scene of a large fight at Jerkins Park where gunshots rang out last Thursday night, July 14, was arrested after leading law enforcement officers on a winding chase that ended at her front door.

Aamarche Tabrese Flowers, 20, was booked at the Taylor County Jail Thursday night on charges of fleeing/eluding police with disregard to the safety of persons or property and hit and run (leaving the scene of a crash involving damage to property). She posted a $17,000 bond and was released the following day.
