City sells part of dead-end street

The City of Perry has agreed to sell a small dead-end portion of South Quincy Street to a longtime local business, paving the way for it to expand its operation.

Jimmy Persons with Cribbs & Sons Auto Parts on Jefferson Street first appeared at the city’s Dec. 15, 2021 meeting to present an offer to purchase a portion of South Quincy Street adjacent to the business.
