Carter appointed to county planning board

The Taylor County Planning Board once again has a full roster of seven members, after the Taylor County Commission appointed local electrician Christopher Carter to a three-year term on the board.

Carter was the sole applicant to fill a vacancy that has been open since the term of former board member Jan Hopkins ended on May 5.
