    Rise & shine! New coffee chain store brewing here

    Ellianos Coffee, a specialty coffee chain franchise, plans to locate a drive-thru store (similar to this one in Lake City) in the Perry Square shopping center near Save A Lot, thanks to the city relaxing its minimum parking space requirements.

    Just over one month after passing an ordinance reducing the required number of parking spaces at two commercial shopping centers, the city council is seeing the move pay off in the form of economic development.
