Commission to continue solid waste talks at a series of workshops beginning next week

Although the Taylor County Commission agreed in a 4-1 vote Tuesday to increase the county’s solid waste assessment from $140 to $178, discussion and debate on how to deal with solid waste issues will continue in a series of workshops, the first of which is scheduled for next Monday.
