Giddens finishes fifth, qualifies for state meet

Taylor County High sophomore Meagan Giddens finished 5th at the Class 2A region 1 cross country meet Saturday in Lake City–qualifying her for the state finals to be held this Saturday in Tallahassee.

Giddens completed the 5 kilometer course in 20 minutes, 8 seconds.
