Judge rules Frazier ‘not guilty’ Friday

Infernal Club manager Michael Frazier was found not guilty of operating a bottle club without a license following a two-hour non-jury trial held Friday, Nov. 1.

Circuit Judge Greg Parker ruled in Frazier’s favor but noted in his ruling that the “sloppy” handling of the investigation by the Florida Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco (a subdivision of the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulations) left him little other options.
