Taylor County’s coastal residents began to breathe a sigh of relief Tuesday afternoon, as Hurricane Ian continued to slowly turn to the east, shifting the worst wind and storm surge forecasts away from the Big Bend and more toward Tampa Bay and southwest Florida.
