Ethics complaint against Deming is dismissed

The State of Florida Commission on Ethics has dismissed the ethics complaint filed against Perry City Councilman Mike Deming, finding that the complaint lacked legal sufficiency.

Former Code Enforcement Board member Tonya Holton filed the complaint back in September alleging Deming misused his public position by parking his vehicle on a city sidewalk.
