JROTC hosts Veterans Day ceremony

Taylor County High School JROTC will host its 27th annual Veterans’ Day Ceremony Monday, Nov. 11.

The ceremony will begin at 10:30 a.m. in the school’s gymnatorium.

“We advise anyone who chooses to participate to arrive around 10:15 a.m., to allow a smooth running ceremony. We expect courtesy toward our veterans and our community during the ceremony. After the ceremony at the school, a flag changing ceremony will take place at the Veterans’ Memorial Park at noon. We invite the community and send a special welcome to all our veterans to attend,” JROTC officials said.
