    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September, 2022, and entered in Case No. 2019-CA-000560 of the Circuit Court of the Third Judicial Circuit in and for Taylor County, Florida in which Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. as Trustee for Mortgage Assets Management Series I Trust, is the Plaintiff and Essie Mae Ridgeway a/k/a Essie M.     NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
    The Taylor County Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 3, 2022 at 5:10 pm, or as soon thereafter as possible, at the Taylor County Administrative Complex located at 201 East Green Street, Perry, Florida 32347 to consider a revised preliminary plat for the proposed West End Subdivision located at 201 4th St NW in Steinhatchee.
    Description of Request:
    Approval of a preliminary plat for a 36 unit subdivision on 18.88 acres of land.
    The public hearing may be continued to one or more future dates. Any interested party shall be advised that the date, time and place of any continuation of the public hearing shall be announced during the public hearing and that no further notice concerning the matter will be published, unless said continuation exceeds six calendar weeks from the date of the above referenced public hearing.

    Description of Variance Request:
    A petition to allow a detached building to be located abutting the side property line in lieu of the 35-feet setback required by the Land Development Code.
    The public hearing may be continued to one or more future dates. Any interested party shall be advised that the date, time and place of any continuation of the public hearing shall be announced during the public hearing and that no further notice concerning the matter will be published, unless said continuation exceeds six calendar weeks from the date of the above referenced public hearing.

Any interested party shall be advised that the date, time and place of any continuation of the public hearing shall be announced during the public hearing and that no further notice concerning the matter will be published, unless said continuation exceeds six calendar weeks from the date of the above referenced public hearing.
